PahHub is a Deaf-first community directory that helps people discover trusted resources, organizations, businesses, services, and events. Listings are community-submitted and reviewed by our moderation team before being published.

PahHub is a discovery platform. We are not a party to any interaction, transaction, or relationship between you and any organization, business, or service listed on PahHub.

You may use PahHub only if you can form a binding contract with us and are not barred from doing so under applicable law. If you use PahHub on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

PahHub is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law without parental or guardian consent.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

PahHub allows you to submit resources, organizations, businesses, events, reviews, ratings, images, and other content (“User Content”). When you submit User Content, you represent that:

• The information is accurate and not misleading
• You have the right and permission to publish it
• It does not infringe the rights of any third party
• It complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant PahHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

You remain solely responsible for any content you submit.

To keep PahHub trustworthy and respectful, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Post abusive, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Impersonate any person or organization
• Claim a listing you are not authorized to represent
• Upload spam, malware, or malicious code
• Scrape, harvest, or copy the directory without permission
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the platform
• Use PahHub for any unlawful purpose

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

PahHub is moderation-first. All user-submitted listings are reviewed before going live, and we do not auto-publish user content.

Verification badges, where shown, indicate that a listing has passed our review process. Verification is not a guarantee or endorsement, and we may add, change, or remove badges at our discretion.

Reviews, ratings, and comments reflect the opinions of the people who submit them, not of PahHub. They may be publicly displayed.

We reserve the right to remove reviews or ratings that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

PahHub, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by PahHub and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written permission, except as permitted by these Terms.

Trademarks, logos, and content belonging to listed organizations remain the property of their respective owners.

PahHub may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

PahHub is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

While we review submissions, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, quality, or reliability of any listing or content. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PahHub and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the platform, your reliance on any listing, or any interaction with a third party found through PahHub.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PahHub from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your User Content, your use of the platform, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using PahHub at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or to protect the platform and its community.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may modify or discontinue parts of PahHub at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time.

When significant changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date and, when appropriate, notify users. Continued use of PahHub after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PahHub operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
